Supporting Activity

Identify and engage stakeholders

These activities will allow you to map urban stakeholders and understand how to involve them in different steps and processes. You will also gain insights about possible formats for managing multi-stakeholder partnerships. Stakeholders generally deal with certain issues in a non-neutral way. It is important to analyse their different concerns (objective and subjective), different interests (conflicts and synergies) and different mandates (decision-making and influence in decision-making) as well as different capacities.
