Action learning: Thirsty Donkey

A logical framework can make monitoring and review processes much easier. But what is an input? What is the difference between output and outcome? To be able to set up a logical framework, it is important to understand the categories that you work with. This short exercise is a fun way to explain the definitions to your participants.
