Action learning: Thirsty Donkey

A logical framework can make monitoring and review processes much easier. Yet, what is an input? What is the difference of output and outcome? To be able to set up a logical framework, it is important to understand the categories that you work with. This small exercise is a fun way to explain the definitions to your participants.
